About the role
The will own the end-to-end product and technology strategy for a global health tech platform operating across 134 countries. This role is responsible for translating the mission of breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options into a clear, market-driven product vision. The CPTO will lead the evolution of the platform from a set of tools into a scalable, AI-powered orchestration layer that connects patients, physicians, trial sites, and BioPharma companies. You will partner closely with commercial, strategy, and operational leadership to ensure product decisions directly support business growth and client outcomes. The position requires hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, and large language models to embed intelligent automation into core workflows. You will also be accountable for building a high-velocity product culture that prioritizes fast, reliable delivery without compromising quality. Finally, you will represent myTomorrows as a strategic technology leader to investors, the board, and key BioPharma partners.

What you'll do
Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company mission of enabling earlier and better treatment access for patients worldwide.
Lead the development and execution of a market positioning and product roadmap that differentiates myTomorrows in a highly regulated and fragmented global healthcare ecosystem.
Drive the integration of AI, NLP, and machine learning into patient identification, trial matching, and real-world data workflows to replace manual operations with scalable, defensible advantages.
Design and implement a product operating model that emphasizes speed, short development cycles, high deployment frequency, and engineering discipline to prioritize delivery over scope expansion.
Scale a cloud-native, secure, and compliant technology platform, managing the transition to Kubernetes and Terraform while adhering to GDPR and US health data regulations.
Partner closely with commercial teams to ensure product roadmaps enable and maximize commercial success across international markets.
Act as a trusted product and technology representative for the Supervisory Board and BioPharma clients, providing clear communication on strategy, progress, and risks.
Own the evolution of the AI and data strategy, embedding intelligent automation across core workflows such as patient identification, trial matching, and RUSD collection.
Champion a culture of velocity and operational excellence, fostering collaboration between product, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality solutions quickly.
Serve as a central leadership point responsible for technological maturity, platform scaling, and product-driven value creation as myTomorrows grows from 18,000 to the next level of impact.
Requirements
You hold proven executive leadership experience as a Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, or Vice President of Product and Technology in a high-growth environment.
You bring hands-on experience scaling AI-powered products, with a track record of embedding machine learning and natural language processing into production environments.
You possess strong engineering credibility, including the ability to understand and discuss modern technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines in depth.
You have a history of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional product and engineering teams in fast-paced, regulated industries.
You are comfortable navigating complex, global regulatory environments, with a clear understanding of healthcare data compliance such as GDPR and US regulations.
You demonstrate strategic thinking combined with operational execution, capable of translating a mission-driven vision into tangible product milestones.
You have experience managing platform and infrastructure evolution, including cloud migration, containerization, and infrastructure as code practices.
You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging gaps between clinical, commercial, and engineering perspectives.
Nice to have
Experience in the life sciences, clinical trial ecosystems, or digital health platforms is preferred.
A background in managing enterprise-grade SaaS products and international go-to-market strategies.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based at our Amsterdam headquarters. The role reports directly to the CEO and requires close collaboration with commercial and operational leaders. Travel may be required to visit clients, trial sites, or industry events as needed. No specific visa or application deadlines are published at this time.
