Senior Medical Science Liaison
Job description
About the role
MyOme is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to serve as the experienced clinical and scientific anchor for the company's field engagement and MSL function. This role owns the strategy, systems, and execution that connect MyOme to the broader medical and scientific community, including KOL development, field insights, research partnerships, and clinical education. The Senior MSL acts as a bridge between external stakeholders such as healthcare providers, researchers, and key opinion leaders, and internal teams including Clinical Affairs, Business Development, Product, Research, and Marketing. Success in this position requires deep grounding in clinical genetic testing, proven experience designing or scaling MSL programs, and the ability to operate with autonomy in an early-stage environment. The hire will own and grow the MSL function, ensuring that clinician feedback and scientific insights are captured, synthesized, and used to inform product development and commercial strategy. This is a leadership position that will shape how MyOme engages with the medical and scientific community to drive adoption of its genomic testing offerings across proactive health, monogenic conditions, and rare disease. The Senior MSL will represent MyOme at scientific meetings and contribute to publications and abstracts that advance the field's understanding of genomic medicine.
