About the role
You define the gaming product vision for Mozilla and own the full journey from discovery through delivery. You will guide a new market entry, shaping business model, strategy, and roadmap. Your work connects data, design, and engineering to create user-centric value. You act as the primary advocate for the gamer, ensuring that every decision reflects deep empathy for their needs and context. You will establish the foundational hypotheses that determine whether gaming becomes a meaningful category for the Mozilla ecosystem. Your leadership aligns experimentation with long term platform integrity and user trust. You translate ambiguous opportunities into coherent narratives that inspire cross functional teams. Ultimately, you are responsible for proving that gaming can be a sustainable and differentiated experience within the Mozilla offering.

Owning product documentation and ensuring that requirements are precise and actionable for stakeholders.
Championing user feedback loops to validate assumptions and drive continuous improvement.

Prioritizing initiatives based on impact on user value, business outcomes, and technical sustainability.
Requirements
You must understand gaming ecosystems, distribution models, and audience behaviors deeply.
You have experience leading product strategy from concept to shipped solution.
You can manage design and engineering resources to deliver high quality outcomes.
You move easily between strategic vision and detailed execution plans.
You communicate clearly to diverse audiences including partners and leadership.
You define and use product metrics to evaluate performance and prioritize work.
You navigate competing priorities while building trust with cross functional partners.
You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
Nice to have
Experience in browser-based or web-distributed games is preferred.
