About the role
You will architect and shepherd the end-to-end production of Firefox marketing campaigns across European and global markets, owning the full funnel from strategic brief to final launch. You will act as the central operations hub, aligning creative, product, and regional teams under the shared goal of amplifying Firefox brand clarity and performance. You will translate Mozilla's mission into tangible, audience-first experiences that resonate across diverse cultural contexts and digital environments. This role requires you to balance strategic foresight with meticulous execution, ensuring every campaign reflects Mozilla's values while meeting ambitious market impact goals. You will define and refine production playbooks that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and elevate creative quality over time. You will also mentor stakeholders on best practices, fostering a culture of shared ownership and thoughtful experimentation. Ultimately, you will be accountable for delivering complex marketing initiatives on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

What you'll do
- Lead the production of full-funnel Firefox marketing campaigns, translating strategic direction into executable plans from initial brief through to market launch.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors, overseeing RFPs, negotiations, contracts, scopes of work, and performance against agreed deliverables.
- Drive coordination between the agency of record and regional teams, ensuring drumbeat programs and campaign-specific initiatives are synchronized across markets.
- Own end-to-end project operations, including detailed timeline management, budget tracking, task orchestration, and cross-functional feedback cycles.
- Facilitate structured briefings and debriefs with creative, product, data, and regional activation teams to align on objectives, constraints, and success metrics.
- Define and implement production workflows, tools, and documentation that improve predictability, transparency, and scalability across campaigns.
- Partner with Data & Insights to establish measurement frameworks, enabling data-informed decisions throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating issues early and driving pragmatic solutions that keep projects on track.
- Represent Mozilla in external vendor relationships, ensuring contractual terms, quality standards, and brand guidelines are consistently upheld.
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing urgency, complexity, and team capacity.
- Champion creative quality and strategic rigor, ensuring every execution reinforces Firefox's core value proposition and long-term brand equity.
- Collaborate with regional Activation teams to adapt campaigns for local relevance while preserving global coherence and brand integrity.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the creative operations function by capturing learnings, documenting processes, and sharing best practices.
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of new agency partners, aligning capabilities with evolving Mozilla marketing needs.
- Work closely with Comms and Data & Insights to ensure campaign narratives are consistent, evidence-based, and aligned with broader organizational goals.
- Enable seamless integration of upper-funnel brand building with mid-funnel content and lower-funnel performance initiatives.
Requirements
- You are eligible to work remotely in Germany without requiring additional visa sponsorship or relocation support.
- You hold the right to live and work in Germany on a permanent basis, with no restrictions on your employment status.
- You have demonstrable experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing production programs in a similar technology or consumer brand environment.
- You possess a proven track record of coordinating agencies, vendors, and contractors across multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in German being a significant advantage for regional collaboration.
- You are comfortable operating within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining clarity and structure.
- You bring experience working with global and regional teams, facilitating alignment across time zones and cultural contexts.
- You have a history of owning operational excellence, including timelines, budgets, feedback loops, and stakeholder management.
- You understand the fundamentals of brand strategy and how to translate brand principles into coherent creative executions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Mozilla's product portfolio, particularly Firefox, and an understanding of its user base and market positioning.
- Familiarity with creative operations tools, production workflows, and project management platforms that enable scalable campaign execution.
- Background in privacy-focused or mission-driven technology brands, where strategic clarity and user trust are central.
- Experience collaborating with AOR models and managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
Practical notes
This role is fully remote, with work performed from Germany. No business travel is required, and candidates must be available during standard European working hours. This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. The start date will be determined based on successful completion of hiring requirements and alignment with team priorities.
