About the role
You own the end-to-end strategic management of global digital marketing campaigns from initial intake through final execution and performance analysis. You will architect and implement scalable campaign frameworks and standard operating procedures that enable enterprise marketing managers across the United States, United Kingdom, and Mexico. You lead and develop a team of specialists, fostering a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement. You are deeply passionate about leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation within campaign workflows. You will act as a key strategic consultant, guiding stakeholders on best practices for campaign setup, legal compliance, deliverability, and performance optimization.

What you'll do
Lead and scale the end-to-end global campaign execution process, managing a team of specialists to deliver high-quality, timely marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
Design, implement, and optimize scalable frameworks and standard operating procedures for campaign intake, execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Serve as a strategic consultant for marketing stakeholders, providing expert guidance on campaign setup, legal compliance, email deliverability, and performance optimization to maximize impact.
Develop, deploy, and manage enablement tools and training programs for enterprise marketing managers, ensuring they can effectively leverage the campaign operations capabilities and technology stack.
Champion the adoption and innovative use of AI tools to create efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance team workflows for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Partner closely with the marketing systems team to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and configurations for the marketing technology stack, including Marketo and Salesforce.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign and team key performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with go-to-market teams to implement data-driven improvements.
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and export compliance requirements, ensuring all job postings and hiring practices align with U.S. Export Administration Regulations and company policies.
Foster a collaborative environment by working cross-functionally with sales, systems, product marketing, and other departments to align campaign strategies with overarching business objectives.
Adapt to a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment by thriving in ambiguity, driving requirements clarification, and ruthlessly prioritizing tasks to ensure the highest impact on marketing performance and scalability.
Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing operations, with a demonstrated focus on campaign execution and marketing automation within a B2B environment. Recent experience in a high-growth technology company, such as SaaS or AI, is required, and prior experience at a pre-IPO company is considered a plus.
You must have proven experience leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals, embodying a "player/coach" mindset. Experience managing and optimizing processes with distributed or offshore teams is highly desired for successful collaboration.
You must have deep, hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, as these platforms are essential for managing and executing campaigns. A broad understanding of the marketing technology stack beyond these core systems is a significant advantage.
You must be a strategic thinker who is not merely an executor but someone who can see the bigger picture and build for the future. You must be comfortable operating in ambiguity and have a proven ability to turn complex business requirements into actionable, detailed plans.
You must demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all organizational levels. You must confidently drive conversations to define priorities, clarify requirements, and align on strategic objectives.
You must have a highly process-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of building efficient, scalable processes that are detail-focused and committed to delivering high-quality results consistently.
You must have professional experience using AI tools to innovate and improve business processes within your current and previous roles, demonstrating practical application of these technologies.
You must thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment characterized by shifting priorities. You must be a proactive problem-solver capable of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
Nice to have
Experience implementing and optimizing marketing technology stacks beyond Marketo and Salesforce, such as CRM or CMS platforms.
A background in managing campaigns for industries relevant to Motive, such as transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, retail, or the public sector.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
Familiarity with content management systems and email service providers that integrate with marketing automation platforms.
