What you'll do
You will orchestrate daily experiential production for key accounts while guiding strategic thinking during client calls and planning sessions. You will design detailed budgets, timelines, and logistics that align with cultural relevance and strict deadlines for major brands. You will champion event objectives from brief to completion, ensuring every initiative meets high standards of execution and reinforces brand equity. You will map run of show elements for mobile sampling tours, managing set-up and breakdown, and overseeing all production details with precision. You will direct onsite teams during live events, coordinating smoothly with cross-functional partners across creative and digital studios to ensure cohesion. You will manage relationships with sponsorships, venues, and production partners to keep projects on time, on scope, and on budget. You will solve problems in real time, thinking through "what if" scenarios to protect quality, timelines, and client expectations without compromise. You will stay fluent in each client's business, industry trends, and competitive landscape to drive informed, proactive decisions that anticipate needs. You will translate strategic briefs into detailed production plans, ensuring every logistical element supports the core campaign objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes with clarity and professionalism.
Requirements
You must bring 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing the planning and execution of experiential projects and accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. You need a creative mindset that can juggle multiple priorities while delivering excellent results under pressure and tight timelines. You should understand agency processes and client relationship models deeply, guiding partners through feasible solutions with empathy and clarity. You have a self-starter mentality, taking initiative and responsibility with a consistently positive attitude even when facing complex constraints. You must be able to work hybrid arrangements, splitting time between home and the local office based on project needs and team collaboration requirements. You are currently based in or can relocate to Denver, CO, and are available for interviews in either Chicago or Denver markets as required. You possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage detailed documentation, timelines, and budgets without sacrificing creativity or execution quality. You communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from senior leadership to on-the-ground teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding at every stage. You are comfortable making decisions quickly while balancing competing demands, always with a focus on brand safety and client satisfaction.

Please note that this role operates under a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between remote work and the Denver office depending on project demands and team collaboration needs. Interviews are currently being conducted only in Chicago or Denver, and candidates must be available in one of these locations to proceed in the hiring process. The successful candidate will be expected to align with Motive's fast-paced, culture-driven environment, where agility, responsiveness, and creative ownership are essential to delivering high-quality experiences. This position involves significant travel to event locations, coordination with external vendors, and occasional after-hours support during critical event execution windows.
