What you'll do
- Partner with clients to manage daily communications and build relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and professionalism while balancing client needs with what is best for the work.
- Own specific projects and workstreams from initial brief through final delivery or on-site activation, ensuring smooth progression from start to finish.
- Write clear, actionable briefs for internal teams that capture strategy, objectives, and creative direction with precision and clarity.
- Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client feedback rigorously to maintain momentum and keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Proactively flag potential risks or delays and collaborate with the team to problem-solve and implement effective solutions in real time.
- Demonstrate financial stewardship by managing the financial process with confidence, leading with ownership and proactivity in all monetary matters.
- Process client invoices, manage purchase order and job number requests, and maintain organized files and documentation for every assigned project.
- Support budget tracking and reporting activities, providing accurate updates to stakeholders as projects progress.
- Begin training in Statement of Work development, learning how to build and manage project-level SOWs that align with client and agency goals.
- Collaborate with internal studios on the creation of estimates, refining proposals based on program needs and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Partner with creative, strategy, brand experience, and other departments to bring ideas to life through integrated execution and thoughtful collaboration.
- Participate actively in brainstorms and concept reviews, contributing insights that help ensure the final output meets both the creative vision and client expectations.
- Support a wide range of campaign types including experiential, advertising, retail and promotional, social, and digital initiatives with flexibility and adaptability.
- Learn to navigate the nuances of each discipline and understand how they work together seamlessly within integrated brand experiences.
- Be willing and able to travel to client events and activations in a working capacity, leading or supporting as required by program demands.

- You demonstrate a strong work ethic, taking initiative and showing ownership in all tasks you are assigned within the team environment.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly and agility is essential.
