About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join our New Markets team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of CRM initiatives across our New Markets territories, ensuring every campaign aligns with our mission to make people feel loved, celebrated, and remembered. You will design and implement end-to-end customer journeys that turn moments into memories and transactions into relationships, using data to drive insight-led decisions. You will act as the CRM expert within the New Markets team, championing best practices and setting the standard for customer engagement. You will work hand-in-hand with the CRM Manager to translate business objectives into data-driven CRM strategies that support growth and retention. You will ensure that every customer touchpoint reflects the Moonpig Group values of heart, creativity, and care, reinforcing our brand promise. You will be accountable for measuring and reporting on the success of CRM programs, demonstrating how your work contributes to customer lifetime value and business outcomes.

What You'll Do
In this Senior CRM Executive role, you will analyze customer behavior and segment audiences to design targeted CRM campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversion across New Markets. You will develop and deploy automated email and SMS journeys, ensuring content is personalized, timely, and aligned with key moments such as birthdays, anniversaries, and seasonal events. You will collaborate with designers and content creators to build campaign assets that reflect our brand personality and support clear calls to action. You will own the end-to-end management of CRM programs, from initial concept and build through to launch, monitoring, and post-campaign review. You will use data and testing results to identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on campaign creative, flows, and send times for better performance. You will partner with product and commercial teams to integrate CRM into broader initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. You will monitor campaign KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion, and use insights to continuously refine our approach. You will support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns for key promotional periods, ensuring timely delivery and optimal customer response. You will maintain a strong understanding of CRM platforms and martech tools, ensuring our systems support scalable and efficient campaign execution. You will contribute to the development of CRM strategy for New Markets, bringing ideas that help us engage customers across Ireland, Australia, and the US.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in CRM marketing, with experience in email and SMS campaigns, segmentation, and automation. You will have a solid understanding of customer data and how to use it to inform campaign strategy and personalization. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail. You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will be collaborative by nature, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams including design, product, and commercial. You will have experience using CRM and martech platforms, and be adept at learning new systems quickly. You will be passionate about growth marketing and using data to test hypotheses and drive improvements. You will be comfortable taking ownership of initiatives and demonstrating initiative in identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Nice to Have
Experience in B2C marketing or e-commerce, particularly within gifting or related sectors, is valued. Familiarity with customer lifecycle strategies and retention-focused campaigns is also considered a plus.
Practical Notes
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role follows a hybrid working model, requiring 1-2 days in the office, and is based in London.
