Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and evaluate software using popular high-level programming languages such as C++, Go, Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Identify, design, test, and support new features in MongoDB products, applying your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Lead software projects that assist users in managing and understanding their MongoDB deployments.
- Address problems with a contextual understanding, balancing team needs with the goal of resolving issues.
- Maintain a balance between software delivery and research and development efforts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create features that provide quality software solutions for our clients.
- Engage with a community of fellow new graduates through social events, gatherings, and game nights.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduates or individuals with up to 18 months of professional experience.
- Strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Proficiency in at least one of the commonly used programming languages: C++, Go, Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Experience in software development and testing through internships, personal projects, coding competitions, or research activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while communicating clearly and professionally.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of core software development concepts such as version control and testing methodologies.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-native platforms or distributed systems.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
