What you'll do

• Orchestrate and execute technical demonstrations that illustrate how MongoDB resolves specific industry challenges for live audiences.
• Author and refine content such as white papers, blog posts, and webinar scripts to articulate the business value and ROI of our data platform.
• Partner with cross-functional specialists to engineer tailored data solutions for clients ranging from early-stage startups to large multinational enterprises.
• Enable sales cycles by conducting technical discovery sessions, orchestrating proof of value initiatives, and developing training materials and documentation.
• Liaise actively with Marketing, Sales, and Product departments to refine and enhance our go-to-market strategy based on field feedback.
• Guide and mentor junior team members by sharing proven methodologies and best practices to elevate the collective performance of the group.
• Evaluate and synthesize complex technical requirements to ensure that proposed architectures meet the security, scalability, and compliance needs of regulated industries.
• Serve as a domain expert in sectors such as finance, banking, and healthcare, identifying unique data management hurdles and appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the broader technological landscape to identify emerging trends and assess their potential impact on our industry-specific offerings.
• Drive the creation of reusable assets and frameworks that accelerate solution design and reduce delivery time for future client engagements.

Requirements

• Bring a minimum of 3 years of cumulative professional experience within the technology sector or a closely related discipline to the role.
• Demonstrate foundational programming competence in both Python and Javascript to understand implementation details and troubleshoot issues.
• Exhibit a basic understanding of data engineering workflows and data management principles to engage effectively with technical teams.
• Possess the ability to deconstruct complex technical concepts and articulate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Show a genuine interest in applying data solutions within diverse vertical markets such as finance, banking, or healthcare environments.
• Prove capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and navigate interactions with numerous stakeholders without compromising quality.
• Confirm willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to participate in client meetings, industry conferences, and internal knowledge-sharing events.
• Hold a strong commitment to adhering to company policies, ethical standards, and professional conduct in all client-facing interactions.
• Display reliability in meeting deadlines and a structured approach to organizing complex deliverables for various project phases.

• Hold a Master degree or possess equivalent industry experience that demonstrates advanced subject matter expertise.
• Have hands-on experience with database programming, data modeling techniques, or mobile development utilizing Swift.
• Show background in deploying and managing applications via major cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Maintain a current MongoDB Certification that validates your technical proficiency on the platform.
