What you'll do

• Architect and deploy Salesforce solutions across sales, service, and operations workflows to meet evolving business demands.
• Engineer robust integrations connecting Salesforce with external enterprise platforms using standard APIs and middleware.
• Translate intricate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical designs and implementations.
• Apply advanced automation using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL to solve complex organizational challenges.
• Perform detailed technical design reviews and actively participate in sprint planning, code assessments, and deployment ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues related to automation logic, data integrity, system performance, and integration failures.
• Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and execute regression testing strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to end users during implementation phases to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
• Leverage AI-driven development tools to analyze problems and enhance productivity while adhering to security and compliance protocols.
• Monitor production systems to identify and remediate issues, ensuring high availability and optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure all solutions meet FedRAMP and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or possess equivalent professional experience.
• Bring over 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in professional settings.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs.
• Show a strong track record of designing and supporting complex Salesforce automation and business process workflows.
• Have substantial experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems and middleware platforms.
• Exhibit deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and Salesforce release management.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security models, data governance frameworks, and implementation best practices.
• Have direct experience working in regulated or compliance-focused environments such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
• Display excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Obtain or hold the Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification as proof of technical expertise.
• Be a U.S. citizen to satisfy federal compliance and regulatory obligations for this position.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience supporting FedRAMP-authorized or U.S. government technology environments.
• Knowledge of implementing role-based access control, field-level security, encryption, and audit logging within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or other Git-based DevOps workflows.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Visualforce for front-end customization.
• Experience conducting UAT, regression testing, and serving as a business enablement partner in regulated settings.
• Practical experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools in a secure, compliant, and governed manner.

The base salary range for this role is $101,000 to $198,000 USD, with compensation tailored to candidate skills and experience.
