The is a driven growth agent responsible for owning the end-to-end sales cycle within a specific territory focused on enterprise clients. This role requires the creation and execution of a tailored sales strategy designed to penetrate new accounts and drive significant revenue growth. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships with high-level stakeholders to secure new business and establish long-term partnerships. You will analyze market trends and customer needs to position MongoDB solutions as the definitive strategic advantage for complex enterprise challenges. A core responsibility involves collaborating cross-functionally to align sales objectives with product capabilities and customer success initiatives. What you'll do
Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers, business pressures, and strategic initiatives.
Perform proactive outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within the designated enterprise territory.
Articulate the technical and financial benefits of MongoDB's platform to non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business value.
Develop multi-threaded relationship strategies that engage executives, influencers, and operational leaders across the customer organization.
Partner with Solution Architects to conduct discovery sessions and validate that proposed solutions align with precise customer requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms and draft proposals in collaboration with Legal and Finance to ensure agreements support sustainable growth.
Leverage relationships with enterprise ecosystem partners to identify co-sell opportunities and expand the scope of MongoDB deployments.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasting, document customer interactions, and ensure transparency for the sales management team.
Participate in Sales Bootcamp and advanced training sessions to refine methodologies and enhance competitive selling skills.
Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to adjust sales plays and maintain a definitive edge in key accounts.
Champion customer feedback internally to influence product development and strengthen future sales conversations.
Execute account plans that balance new customer acquisition with the expansion of existing relationships to maximize lifetime value.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability by managing a high volume of opportunities in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
Represent MongoDB at industry events and client meetings to strengthen the brand presence in the Tel Aviv market.
Requirements
Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a field sales role focused on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Requires a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive and demanding environment.
Must demonstrate the ability to open new accounts and successfully sell across multiple business units within complex organizations.
Requires the capability to communicate the business value of intricate enterprise technologies to diverse audiences effectively.
Must have direct experience co-selling with major cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure in previous roles.
Requires collaboration history with large global system integrators like Accenture and KPMG to deliver joint solutions.
Must be proficient in establishing and maintaining relationships with business champions who advocate for solutions internally.
Requires high levels of drive, competitiveness, and an intrinsic desire to achieve significant success in sales targets.
Must maintain residency in the assigned territory to ensure consistent presence and availability for client engagements.
Requires verified fluency in Hebrew, encompassing both written and spoken communication, to interact effectively with local stakeholders.

Interest in advancing your career specifically within the software market, with a focus on databases and data infrastructure.
Previous formal training in established sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or the Challenger Sale approach.
Familiarity with database technologies, development practices, and cloud-native infrastructure concepts to engage technical audiences.
