Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in software development and operations, focusing on platform and software infrastructure development.
- Extensive experience in creating data warehouses and core components for data processing systems.
- Proven experience in applying Generative AI to build large-scale systems, with an understanding of its optimal applications.
- Knowledge of security-first design principles, particularly in executing untrusted code and implementing fine-grain access control.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams to achieve impactful results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset across functions.
- Excellent time and project management abilities, capable of assessing project costs and complexities realistically.
- A curious mindset, positive attitude, and commitment to ongoing learning, especially in AI technologies.

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is: $211,000 - $363,000 USD. Compensation is tailored to each candidate based on various factors, including experience and location. Benefits for eligible employees may include equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, and comprehensive health benefits.
