What you'll do

You will design automated intake routines that pull ready work directly from our practice management system, ensuring engagements flow continuously without waiting for manual direction. You will actively shape product development by using our tools extensively, identifying slowdowns and sources of confusion, and feeding those observations back into the roadmap. You will guide each phase of the build process, running checks on outputs to confirm they meet standards before they reach reviewers and catch issues at the earliest possible stage. You will form quality reviews with partners, signing off on artifacts to ensure they meet expectations and adhere to methodological rules before they are considered complete. You will coordinate closely with partners to refine workflows, translating their observations into specific adjustments that improve efficiency in future cycles. You will run ship activities that package findings clearly, confirming that documentation, logic, and final numbers are fully aligned and ready for distribution. You will establish and maintain feedback loops, using input from audit users to reshape the platform for subsequent teams and create a cycle of continuous improvement. You will guard the engagement wall, preventing context loss between intake, build, review, and ship stages to ensure a seamless flow of information. You will treat every task as an experiment, documenting what works and what does not to accelerate learning across the team. Requirements

You must hold a CPA certification or be actively pursuing one as a core part of your professional identity. You should view this role as an early-career opportunity, bringing roughly zero to four years of professional experience into the context of AI-Native auditing. You must live inside AI tools on a daily basis, treating them as extensions of your own productivity rather than optional accessories.
