About the role
Modo is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the direction of its products and drive meaningful outcomes for users and stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver value through iterative improvements. The position is based in Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, and requires full-time engagement with the team on the ground. What you'll do
- Define and communicate the product roadmap for the assigned product area at Modo
- Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform prioritization and feature decisions
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute on product plans
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria for development
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities
- Own the product backlog and ensure items are well-defined and ready for development
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on priorities and project timelines
- Monitor product performance metrics and use data to guide ongoing iteration decisions
- Coordinate with QA and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases

Requirements
- Proven experience in a product management role with end-to-end product ownership and delivery

- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines and business functions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
