A passion for coaching and building high-performing, motivated sales teams who show up and compete in the field every day while demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by being scrappy, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, high-growth environments where the playbook is still being defined and refined.
Strong business judgment and data fluency to inform decisions, forecast accurately, and drive predictable results across a complex sales cycle.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with teams, customers, and community stakeholders to establish trust and credibility.
