Account Executive
Job description
About the role
You will own a clearly defined geographic territory and be responsible for building it from the ground up as the primary point of contact for construction contractors. This is a full-cycle, field-oriented sales role where you act as a consultative partner to understand unique business challenges and guide partners toward a better way of running their business. You will drive new account acquisition across your region, moving from initial outreach to close and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor within the local construction community. Your work will directly impact customers' ability to manage teams, projects, and financials with greater efficiency and control. You will leverage AI and embedded payments capabilities to help contractors modernize outdated operational workflows. This role requires a deep commitment to representing Miter's mission of enabling a better built world through technology and execution.
