What you'll do

• Partner with sales teams and clients during the pre-sales process to identify technical specifications and outline the scope of complex AI data initiatives.
• Create and maintain a repository of reusable annotation interface templates to expedite the launch of new projects.
• Oversee enterprise-level implementations, ensuring seamless integration with client data systems.
• Tailor internal annotation tools to align with specific customer workflows, guaranteeing high-quality data outputs.
• Act as the internal champion for customer requirements by converting feedback into actionable product specifications and managing the integration timeline.
• Depending on your strengths, collaborate with AI researchers and go-to-market teams to drive account growth or work alongside platform engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze and document project progress, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Facilitate training sessions for clients on the use of our AI data platform, ensuring they are equipped to maximize its potential.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product development and operational strategies.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and workflows.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and milestones achieved.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product operations, product management, technical program management, solutions engineering, or implementation consulting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, demonstrating the ability to write complex queries independently.
• Basic understanding of coding agents and their applications in AI environments.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity and take full ownership of projects from conception through to successful completion.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on creating repeatable and scalable systems rather than ad-hoc solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in the AI or machine learning sectors, particularly in product operations.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Background in customer success or client relationship management.
• Knowledge of data annotation processes and tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• The compensation package includes a bi-annual performance bonus, equity that vests over four years, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
