As a Healthcare GTM Associate, you will drive our data partnerships strategy by securing access to high-quality information from health systems, payers, and EHR providers. You will own the end-to-end execution of outbound data partnerships, translating complex healthcare data needs into compelling value propositions for prospective partners. This role requires a proactive mindset to identify and engage with high-value stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. You will be instrumental in establishing the commercial frameworks that enable safe and scalable data utilization. Your work will directly influence the quality and diversity of the datasets that power our AI initiatives. Success in this position hinges on your ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key facts
What you'll do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a robust partnership pipeline.
- Identify and prioritize target partners including life sciences firms, payers, and health systems using data-driven insights.
- Assist senior staff in managing the full partnership lifecycle, from initial pitch to deal coordination and execution.
- Manage outreach cadences and schedule meetings to maintain a consistent and high-performing pipeline.
- Prepare documentation for data sharing and licensing agreements, covering pricing structures, compliance requirements, and usage rights.
- Develop and refine outbound playbooks, tracking key metrics and optimizing internal processes for efficiency.
- Maintain ongoing partner relationships through regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and renewal management.
- Coordinate with product, legal, and engineering teams to ensure data integration workflows meet regulatory standards like HIPAA, FHIR, and HL7.
- Represent the company at industry forums, webinars, and digital health conferences to build brand awareness and credibility.
- Conduct market research across the medical device, BioPharma, payer, and provider sectors to uncover new opportunities.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform targeting and messaging strategies for the healthcare GTM motion.
- Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate records of interactions, track deal progression, and forecast pipeline outcomes.
- Support the creation of sales collateral and proposal materials tailored to specific healthcare sub-sectors and buyer personas.
- Analyze partnership performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution of questions and issues.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within a relevant industry.
- Proven history of meeting outbound activity goals, including consistent call volumes and successful meeting bookings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of facilitating high-level stakeholder interactions with executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a high attention to detail and organizational rigor.
- Persistence and resilience to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced startup environment that demands consistent output.
- A genuine interest in learning the complexities of healthcare data governance, intellectual property structures, and licensing frameworks.
- Willingness to adhere to strict compliance protocols and regulatory guidelines that govern the handling of sensitive health information.
- Capacity to travel regionally for in-person meetings, industry events, and partner engagements as business needs require.

Practical notes
- This role is based on-site five days per week at the San Francisco office.
- Compensation includes a bi-annual performance bonus and an equity grant that vests over a four-year period.
- Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates up to a maximum of $15,000.
- A one-time housing bonus of $10,000 is provided if you reside within 0.5 miles of the primary office location.
