About the role
Personio is actively searching for a proactive and driven intern to join the team and help expand the Personio AI Campus in Berlin. In this capacity, the successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of growth initiatives, guiding projects from initial concept to final execution. A core part of the role involves identifying and evaluating new strategic partners while meticulously maintaining the integrity of the organization's CRM database. The intern will work in close collaboration with both the growth and marketing departments, ensuring that each project contributes to a dynamic and varied professional experience. You will be expected to contribute creative ideas that help define the themes of future campus events and community initiatives. Furthermore, the role requires active participation in promoting the community's work on a global scale through targeted content creation. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to build authentic relationships with key stakeholders across the AI ecosystem. Ultimately, you will ensure that all operational deliverables are precise, timely, and aligned with the strategic goals of the campus.
Key facts
What you'll do
Lead the identification and scoring of high-potential growth projects to build a robust pipeline for the AI Campus.
Manage the end-to-end process of engaging with AI startups, infrastructure companies, and industry leaders to cultivate long-term relationships.
Execute outreach campaigns to potential partners and members, ensuring consistent and professional communication across all channels.
Develop and implement strategic workflows and automations that enhance the efficiency of campus operations and expansion efforts.
Create and coordinate new programs designed to increase engagement and value for the AI and deep tech community.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality event content, including summaries, recaps, and compelling social media posts.
Utilize CRM tools to track all interactions, update stakeholder information, and maintain a clean database for future forecasting.
Support the global promotion of the community by generating materials that highlight the impact and achievements of the campus initiatives.
Contribute to the operational smoothness of the campus by delivering precise documentation and timely communications to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide strategic input on the planning and execution of community initiatives to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
Analyze performance metrics related to outreach and partnership development to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Assist in the design and implementation of feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement of campus activities and member satisfaction.
Leverage your curiosity about AI to engage effectively with founders, engineers, and investors in a professional setting.
Act as a bridge between the Personio community and the broader Berlin AI ecosystem through targeted networking and relationship building.
Requirements
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset that drives you to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational capabilities, paying meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
Show the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Bring prior experience with CRM tools, lead generation, or growth and sales operations to apply in real-world scenarios.
Show familiarity with marketing or content creation tools such as Canva and various social media platforms.
Have completed prior internship experience in a fast-paced or startup setting where agility was essential.
Be physically based in Berlin and available for full-time work during the internship period.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Show commitment to learning about the technical aspects of AI and how it applies to real-world problems.
Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities and project scopes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Europe's AI ecosystem, engaging directly with AI startups, engineers, founders, and investors. You will gain significant ownership from day one and build a valuable network within the European and Berlin AI startup scene. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment of approximately 6 months, with the intern working on-site in Berlin. The successful candidate will be deeply embedded in the daily operations of the campus, providing support across a wide range of strategic and operational tasks.
