Growth & Sales Intern
Job description
About the role
Join a stealth AI energy startup supported by the Merantix venture studio. We are building an autonomous supplier to help businesses manage and optimize electricity consumption. This position offers a direct view into the early stages of a B2B venture as we scale from zero to one. You will take ownership of developing and testing growth strategies, which includes running channel experiments and refining core messaging to find product market fit. In this capacity, you will manage the full lead generation funnel by identifying and qualifying industrial SMEs and high-consumption energy clients across the DACH region. A core part of your daily work will involve handling customer acquisition outreach through LinkedIn, cold email, and targeted networking events to build a robust pipeline. You will be responsible for building automated workflows and tracking performance metrics using modern software stacks to ensure process scalability. Additionally, you will create sales collateral, including pitch decks and customer proposals, tailored to specific buyer personas and use cases. Finally, you will analyze market feedback loops to directly influence product development iterations and future sales tactics, ensuring alignment between solution and need.
