This position is a dedicated clinical role focused on delivering intensive, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to pediatric clients within a clinic-based setting. The hired professional will own the complete assessment and treatment planning process for a manageable caseload, ensuring each plan is data-driven and aligned with best practices in behavior analysis. They will own the responsibility of mentoring junior staff and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to integrate behavioral strategies with occupational, speech, and physical therapy. The role involves direct client sessions, active family coaching, and the implementation of individualized behavior plans designed to improve communication and social skills. Ownership is also extended to maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring all programming meets the highest standards of ethical practice. The hire will own the analysis of client progress data to adjust interventions effectively and demonstrate measurable outcomes to families. What you'll do

Perform comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop effective intervention strategies.

Design, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans that target skill acquisition and reduction of problematic behaviors across home and school settings.

Conduct direct client sessions that focus on teaching new skills, reinforcing appropriate behaviors, and systematically reducing interfering behaviors.

Collect and analyze quantitative data to monitor client progress, adjust treatment protocols, and ensure the effectiveness of applied behavior analysis interventions.

Provide hands-on coaching and training to parents, caregivers, and other staff members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans across all environments.

Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and nursing professionals to create a unified, interdisciplinary treatment approach.

Develop and maintain detailed clinical records, progress reports, and session notes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Utilize evidence-based practices to promote skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, self-care, and adaptive functioning.

Lead team meetings and supervise paraprofessional staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to individualized treatment plans.

Continuously evaluate client data to refine intervention strategies, troubleshoot barriers to progress, and celebrate client achievements systematically.

Support the implementation of safety protocols and ethical guidelines to maintain a secure and therapeutic environment for clients and families.

Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to foster a culture of excellence and collaborative practice within the clinic.

Participate in community outreach and professional development activities to enhance the visibility and impact of applied behavior analysis services.

Serve as a clinical resource for families, providing expert guidance and support to navigate developmental challenges and service systems.

Requirements

Must hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or be eligible for certification upon hire.

Possess a Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Have a proven track record of experience providing behavior analytic services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar developmental disabilities.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the principles of applied behavior analysis, including reinforcement, prompting, and extinction procedures.

Must be proficient in collecting and interpreting data to drive clinical decision-making and document progress accurately.

Require strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professional teams.

Expectation to pass a comprehensive background check and meet all state-specific requirements for practicing behavior analysis.

Ability to travel to various clinic locations within the designated service area to provide direct client care and supervision.

Nice to have

Experience working with children who have co-occurring medical or physical disabilities.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual service delivery models.

Knowledge of specific curriculum or assessment tools used in pediatric developmental therapy.

Travel between clinic locations within the Dallas area may be required to fulfill caseload responsibilities.
