Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in safety administration or a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
• Proven experience in conducting safety training and developing safety programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey safety information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and safety management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH, or similar) is preferred.
• Experience with incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a safety department.
