Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in safety administration or a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Proven experience in conducting safety training and developing safety programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey safety information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and safety management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH, or similar) is preferred.
- Experience with incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.
