Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate environment or defense contracting industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques, with a strong understanding of financial statements and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
