What you'll do

• Execute comprehensive case management for personal injury defense matters from initial client consultation through final resolution in the San Antonio jurisdiction.

• Synthesize information gathered from multiple sources to adjust legal strategy dynamically as new evidence and witness information emerges throughout each matter.
• Draft precise legal responses that identify and outline complex liability questions contained within voluminous incoming case files and client correspondence.
• Map procedural timelines with meticulous detail and organize evidentiary materials methodically to ensure trial preparation advances efficiently and without delay.
• Conduct in-depth witness interviews to translate raw, unstructured statements into coherent and structured defense theories that support the overall case narrative.
• Coordinate closely with external investigators and internal teams to verify critical facts and ensure factual records align seamlessly with corresponding legal arguments.
• Refine pleadings collaboratively by integrating feedback from supervising partners and senior counsel to ensure all submissions meet the highest standards of legal advocacy.

Requirements
