About the role
Maybern is constructing an agentic operating system that is intended to modernize how private fund managers handle complex financial operations. The company is looking for an analytical professional to join the implementation team in New York to bridge the gap between software capabilities and specific client requirements. In this capacity, the successful candidate will own the end to end execution of client onboarding and deployment lifecycles. The role requires translating intricate fund management workflows into precise functional configurations within the platform. You will act as the central liaison coordinating efforts across internal engineering, product, and client success teams to advance project milestones. A core part of the position involves delivering training to clients and supporting their smooth transition onto the system. Furthermore, you will gather and synthesize client feedback to provide actionable input that helps product managers refine the software roadmap.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate the full lifecycle of client onboarding and software deployment from initial setup to steady state operations.
- Convert complex fund management requirements into detailed functional specifications and configure them within the platform.
- Serve as the primary interface between technical and non technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate schedules and dependencies with internal engineering, product, and client success teams to keep project milestones on track.
- Design and deliver training sessions for clients to ensure they can effectively use the system and achieve their desired outcomes.
- Support clients during the transition period to resolve adoption barriers and confirm that system functionality meets their needs.
- Analyze client feedback and translate it into clear product improvement suggestions for product managers to incorporate into the roadmap.
- Monitor configuration details to ensure accuracy in handling complex financial structures and data calculations.
- Document processes and configurations to create reusable knowledge for future implementation projects.
- Proactively identify potential risks in the implementation timeline and propose mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritize feature enhancements based on real world client usage and feedback.
- Maintain a high standard of quality by validating that configurations produce the intended results before going live.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in the onboarding and deployment process.
- Act as an advocate for the client within the company to ensure their strategic objectives are reflected in the implementation approach.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical, client facing role such as implementation, solution consulting, or technical onboarding.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation techniques.
- Show a proven ability to manage projects and communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail when handling complex financial structures, data calculations, and configuration logic.
- Be capable of working on site in the New York office environment.
- Have the legal right to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- Be comfortable following structured processes while also adapting to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Display ownership and accountability for delivering high quality results within agreed timelines.
- Be willing to collaborate closely with cross functional teams to solve problems efficiently.
- Have experience using productivity software suites to manage tasks and documentation.
- Be prepared to uphold the confidentiality and security of client financial information at all times.
