Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with a solid understanding of software architecture principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, and familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
