What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to specific business needs, ensuring they are robust and efficient.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning algorithms into existing systems and workflows.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct experiments to validate model performance, iterating on designs to enhance accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a strong understanding of machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Solid experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying machine learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, is a plus.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of deep learning techniques and frameworks.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision applications.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Previous experience in a startup environment or fast-paced tech company.
• Understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
