What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to specific business needs, ensuring they are robust and efficient.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning algorithms into existing systems and workflows.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct experiments to validate model performance, iterating on designs to enhance accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development and machine learning methodologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for performance and scalability, ensuring they can handle increasing data loads.
- Develop and implement testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and accuracy of machine learning applications.
- Present findings and model results to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a strong understanding of machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Solid experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying machine learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, is a plus.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques and frameworks.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision applications.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Previous experience in a startup environment or fast-paced tech company.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
