Mars Men is a leading men's health brand in the supplement space, experiencing rapid growth after achieving a $100 million run rate in less than eighteen months. The company recently secured backing from L Catterton. Operations span direct to consumer, retail, and emerging channels. Mars Men is entering a new growth phase requiring expanded scale and operational excellence.
The company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to act as a strategic partner to the co-founders and executive team. This individual will own the end to end financial strategy and operations. Responsibilities include planning, reporting, accounting, cash management, working capital oversight, capital allocation, internal controls, and finance team development. The candidate must guide the business through a period of complex expansion across multiple sales environments. Success requires balancing aggressive growth with disciplined profitability and long term value creation.
This is a full time position based in the United States. The compensation package ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 annually.
The Chief Financial Officer will design intake routines to consolidate sales, cost of goods, and channel performance data. These routines will enable timely and informed decision making across the organization. The leader will establish build processes for comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and scenario models. These models must accurately reflect both retail and direct to consumer dynamics.
A core responsibility is driving review rituals that detect margin shifts, cash trends, and working capital risks in their early stages.
