About the role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for steering intricate infrastructure projects. This position requires you to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of essential technical initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that projects achieve their goals within the established timelines.

What you'll do
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical programs, from initial concept to final deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, compliance, and operations teams to outline project scope and identify dependencies.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and clarify team roles and responsibilities.
- Proactively identify and manage potential project risks, creating mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Provide regular updates on project status to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
- Coordinate efforts across various teams to manage technical interdependencies and optimize resource allocation.
- Facilitate discussions among technical teams to eliminate obstacles hindering progress.
- Enhance the delivery of engineering projects by applying agile methodologies.
- Ensure that all project documentation and communications are well-organized and easily accessible.
- Oversee project budgets and resource management to ensure efficient use of funds.
Requirements
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required, or you should be in the process of obtaining one.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is necessary.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional SaaS or infrastructure engineering programs, particularly in DevOps, Security, and Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53 is essential.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD methodologies.
- A solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for influencing stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana is required.
- A strong sense of urgency and ownership in managing projects is crucial.

- The total compensation package includes a target base annual salary ranging from $155,000 to $170,000, along with bonus opportunities, company stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan. The upper end of the salary range is reserved for candidates with significant experience in high-cost labor markets.
