Manao Software is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Muang, Chiang Mai. Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and comply with local labor laws.
- Maintain employee records and ensure that all HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs that enhance skills and career growth.
- Manage employee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance expectations and feedback.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, acting as a liaison between staff and management to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and identify areas for improvement within the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve HR processes and employee engagement strategies.
- Assist in the development of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring equity and compliance.
- Support the implementation of employee wellness initiatives that promote a healthy work-life balance and overall employee satisfaction.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to provide insights into workforce trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization and enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related role, preferably within a technology or software company.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Thailand, with the ability to apply them effectively in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Experience in employee training and development, with a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture enhancement.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and best practices.
