Develop backend infrastructure to support scalable and high-performance product features
Manage and deploy applications within production environments
Collaborate with data scientists, therapists, and product managers
Write code daily to build and maintain system components Requirements - 4+ years of professional experience delivering production-ready software
Proficiency in Java and Python
Experience building production-level RESTful APIs
Background working with relational and low-latency databases
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments
Ability to manage priorities and balance technical quality with project timelines
Strong communication skills for cross-functional alignment Nice to have
Experience with async Python frameworks like FastAPI
Knowledge of data streaming via WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
Understanding of machine learning principles and production model inference
Experience with Protobuf
Background in AWS cloud infrastructure
