What you'll do

Coordinate the intake process for a high volume of individuals seeking mental health support, ensuring a seamless and confidential entry into the care system.

Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations using standardized tools to assess the clinical needs and risk levels of referred individuals.

Develop and maintain detailed clinical documentation for each case, ensuring records are accurate, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Utilize evidence-based brief intervention techniques to help clients manage acute symptoms and work toward predefined therapeutic goals.

Apply clinical judgment to determine the appropriate level of care, initiating immediate escalation protocols when safety concerns or high-risk indicators are present.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary network of professionals to ensure continuity of care and the effective resolution of complex cases.

Monitor client progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with the evolving needs and objectives of the individual.

Communicate clearly and compassionately with corporate partners to clarify program guidelines and service expectations.

Requirements

You must possess a current and valid license to practice psychology in Mexico, which is mandatory for providing clinical services in this capacity.

You must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a closely related field, with a Master's degree or higher being strongly preferred and essential for advanced clinical decision-making.

You must have demonstrable experience in clinical or counseling settings, showcasing your ability to handle complex cases and diverse client populations effectively.

You must be proficient in applying evidence-based therapeutic models, particularly those suited for brief intervention frameworks and time-limited treatments.

You must have a proven track record of maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality and ethical conduct in all professional interactions.

You must be available to work during standard Mexican business hours, as this is the primary operational window for client intake and coordination.
