You architect vertical narratives and content for priority segments, owning end-to-end strategy that turns transportation problems into revenue. You translate buyer realities into integrated programs for Healthcare and Automotive, guiding demand generation and sales enablement. Your work links problem recognition to measurable market response across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You define vertical strategy with a clear understanding of buyers and measurable outcomes, ensuring every initiative ladders to business impact. You own integrated content and demand generation that Sales can activate in conversations, moving prospects from awareness to action. You build trust-based partnerships that align marketing, sales, and product leadership around a shared vision for each vertical. You translate complex transportation problems into clear narratives tailored for specific industries and stakeholder roles. You manage programs from planning through measurement across mid-market and enterprise segments, closing the loop between execution and revenue outcomes.

What you'll do
Orchestrating large tentpole campaigns that span digital, events, paid media, social, and press for one or two priority verticals each quarter. Establishing original research and proof points that position Lyft as the transportation authority within each focused vertical. Championing Healthcare as the primary revenue driver, protecting market position in NEMT while opening new growth paths. Codifying Healthcare successes into a playbook that can be reused for Automotive, Universities, and Hospitality or events. Partnering with Sales and Product to shape account-based marketing for priority accounts and own the full funnel. Managing agency and partner relationships to scale execution while meeting industry regulations and marketing standards. Aligning cross-functional teams so messaging, data, and enablement form one coherent audience-first strategy. Extending reach through co-marketing initiatives with industry and technology partners relevant to each vertical. Building and running co-marketing programs with industry and technology partners to extend reach and credibility within each vertical. Ensuring all vertical marketing programs comply with relevant regulatory and marketing requirements of the industry, such as healthcare. Driving cross-functional alignment and partnership by building trust-based relationships with Sales and Product leadership and representing vertical marketing's perspective in cross-functional and executive forums. Producing vertical-specific content and proof points that support Sales conversations and strengthen positioning with target buyers. Partnering with Sales on account-based marketing for priority accounts and supporting full-funnel marketing ownership, from vertical paid demand generation and lead qualification through to sales handoff. Bringing together marketing, sales, and product perspectives across mid-market and enterprise segments to create a coherent, audience-first strategy. Managing relationships with marketing and creative agencies to scale program execution, from campaign development through multichannel activation.
