What you'll do
Conceptualize and produce high-impact visual assets for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and local market preferences in Indonesia and Malaysia.
Leverage advanced Figma skills, including component libraries and auto-layout, to build efficient and scalable design systems that speed up production and maintain consistency.
Design and prototype web-based marketing pages using Framer, focusing on user experience and conversion optimization for digital campaigns.
Utilize AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, and Runway to accelerate workflows and generate innovative visual concepts within daily production cycles.
Create targeted creatives for performance marketing channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimizing formats for maximum engagement and conversion.
Conduct basic localization reviews by understanding and applying Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia to ensure clarity and cultural relevance in messaging.
Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Lead and in-country teams to brainstorm ideas, refine concepts, and deliver assets that meet both strategic and tactical objectives.
Adhere to strict compliance standards, ensuring all marketing output meets legal, risk, and technical security requirements inherent in the fintech and crypto sectors.
Analyze campaign performance data to inform future design iterations, using insights to continually improve creative effectiveness across all touchpoints.
Own multiple projects from start to finish, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Participate in marketing experiments, contributing creative perspectives to test hypotheses and drive innovation in customer acquisition strategies.
Support the development of modular templates and design systems that enable teams to ship high-quality creative quickly and consistently.
Contribute to a culture of experimentation by running A/B tests on design elements and documenting learnings for team-wide application.

Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. Hold a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or an equivalent field, or demonstrate equivalent capability through a portfolio that covers marketing design work across digital channels.
Bring 1-5 years of experience in a marketing design or visual design role.
