About the role
The Learning Technology Analyst serves as the primary technical owner for the platforms that enable learning across Loenbro University. This role manages the end-to-end lifecycle of the learning technology stack, from user access and content configuration to system integrations and performance optimization. The specialist will own the relationship between technology and learning outcomes, ensuring that every configuration and integration supports the organization's development goals. They will translate business needs into technical system requirements and ensure that the tools function smoothly for all users. In this capacity, they will act as a bridge between IT, vendors, and learning stakeholders to align technology with strategic objectives. The role demands a high level of ownership over data quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement of the learning ecosystem.
Location and eligibility
Position is based in Dallas, TX and is an onsite role. Employment is contingent upon meeting Loenbro, LLC requirements, including background checks and compliance for handling learning and data systems. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from Loenbro, LLC at this time. To be considered, candidates must be current employees of Loenbro, LLC and reside in the state of Texas.
What you'll do
- Administer and configure the organization's Learning Management System, managing user access, course catalogues, and platform integrations to ensure seamless operation.
- Manage the full suite of learning tools, including content authoring platforms and digital adoption solutions, to support content delivery and learner engagement.
- Partner with IT and vendors to coordinate system upgrades, resolve technical issues, and uphold platform reliability and data integrity.
- Maintain and evolve the Learning and Development intranet page on SharePoint, ensuring content remains current, well-organized, and accessible to all employees.
- Evaluate emerging learning tools and technologies and deliver recommendations that align with departmental growth and capability needs.
- Act as the first point of contact for learner and facilitator technology questions, providing troubleshooting and guidance across the organization.
- Own the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Learning and Development dashboards and reports used by department leadership and HR business partners.
- Extract, clean, and synthesize learning data from multiple platforms into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Establish and track key learning metrics such as completion rates, engagement, assessment scores, program ROI, and time-to-competency.
- Partner with BI or analytics teams to connect learning data to broader workforce and business metrics, enabling integrated analysis.
- Develop and manage recurring reporting cadences that support L&D strategy, operational oversight, and continuous improvement.
- Upload, organize, and maintain content within the LMS, ensuring accurate metadata, consistent tagging, and compliance tracking.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity across all learning platforms, including user records, course completions, and assessment results.
- Support the reliability and performance of learning technology systems through routine checks, monitoring, and collaboration with technical teams.

Reporting and analytics focus
The Learning Technology Analyst will report to the Learning and Development Manager / Director and operate within the Learning & Development / Loenbro University business unit. In this capacity, the role owns the design, build, and maintenance of L&D dashboards and reports that communicate program effectiveness and learner outcomes. The position is responsible for extracting clean data from learning platforms, defining metrics, and maintaining reporting cadences that enable data-driven decisions across the organization.
