Employment details
This is a full-time position based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, requiring onsite presence. The role reports to the Project Executive. Loenbro maintains a non-exempt employment classification. Compensation is set at $24.00 per hour.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Project Coordinators maintain a daily project diary and help establish project priorities. They approve daily timecard entries and ensure progress aligns with billing windows. Coordinators track and record project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory counts. They compile cycle times and production information and log this data for historical reference. Gathering pay item quantities and collecting details on extra work items supports accurate billing. Coordinators process timely billing and reporting to maximize profit margins and positive cash flow. They manage and maintain department specific technology and computer programs. Documenting schedule delays and performing schedule updates completes core duties.
