The Director, Enterprise L&D | Operations & Technology owns the systems, programs, content, and operational infrastructure that allow Loenbro University to run and scale as a standalone, enterprise-wide function. This role is the operational backbone of LU. It builds and manages the learning technology stack and reporting capability, leads instructional design and content development, oversees enterprise programs and cross-functional special projects, and administers Loenbro's education benefit offerings. The role partners closely with peer leadership across Loenbro University to ensure training programs across the organization are supported by reliable systems, high-quality content, and accurate data. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-oriented leadership role.
The position reports to the VP, Learning and Development. It is a full-time, exempt role based in Irving, Texas. The successful candidate will hold three to five years of experience directing enterprise learning operations in a complex service environment.
What You Will Do
You will design end-to-end learning technology workflows from intake through completion while partnering with business stakeholders. You will build and manage the learning management system, data reporting, and content pipeline that powers enterprise training. You will review learning metrics and program effectiveness to guide continuous improvement and curriculum decisions. You will ship scalable training programs and special projects that align with Loenbro business units and critical initiatives.
You will partner with peer leadership to coordinate enterprise programs, ensuring reliable systems and consistent learner experiences. You will define instructional design standards and content strategies that simplify complex services for diverse audiences. You will own the administration of education benefits and support programs across the national footprint. You will champion governance for learning operations so that data, content, and technology remain aligned with business goals.
Key Requirements
You hold three to five years directing enterprise learning operations in a complex service environment. You manage learning technology platforms and demonstrate end-to-end workflow mastery from intake to ship. You translate business problems into structured learning solutions using sound instructional design principles. You analyze program performance using data to drive decisions and improve learner outcomes. You communicate clearly with cross-functional partners while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to Have
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or field services industries is helpful.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $130,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually.
