Job description
Sales Director - Managed Services at Livinghr.
About the role
You own the full sales cycle for HR Managed Services, guiding prospects from initial discovery to signed retainer agreements without dropping the ball. You collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure scope alignment, clear workflows, and smooth handoffs that keep clients satisfied. You represent livingHR as a thought leader in HR operations, compliance, culture, and People strategy across every interaction. You host and attend prospect and industry events to elevate awareness of livingHR's remote-first Managed Services model. You identify opportunities to cross-sell projects, talent solutions, DEIB work, and change management initiatives. You provide market insights on the evolving needs of small to mid-sized organizations and the HR challenges they face.
