About the role
You analyze material flows across our entire value stream, from raw inputs through third-party partners and sterilization facilities to ensure nothing blocks production. You own inventory accuracy by driving cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and closing gaps with corrective actions that prevent future issues. You maintain end-to-end digital traceability so that ERP data reliably mirrors physical movement across every site in our network. You track and resolve supply chain non-conformances, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to execute permanent fixes. You partner with warehouse and shipping teams to prioritize inbound and outbound movements while supporting critical operational escalations. You analyze carrier performance, shipment timing, and cost tradeoffs to guide smarter logistics decisions and service improvements. You identify process improvement opportunities and help design scalable solutions that boost visibility, optimize inventory positioning, and strengthen supply continuity. Your work directly supports products that improve surgical outcomes for millions of patients worldwide within a fast-growing MedTech company.

What you'll do
Analyze material flows across Lexington Medical and third-party partners, value-added service providers, and sterilization facilities to uncover constraints and opportunities.
Own inventory accuracy by supporting cycle counts, investigating variances, and working cross-functionally to resolve root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Maintain end-to-end digital traceability by ensuring ERP data accurately reflects physical material movements across all locations and processes.
Track and resolve supply chain non-conformances, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to close gaps and prevent recurrence.
Partner with warehouse shipping and receiving teams to prioritize inbound and outbound material movements and support operational escalations.
Support inbound logistics execution by analyzing carrier performance, shipment timing, and cost tradeoffs to inform optimal shipping decisions.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to scalable solutions that improve inventory positioning, visibility, and supply continuity.
Perform detailed data analysis using advanced Excel to generate insights, validate accuracy, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
Leverage ERP and MRP systems to monitor supply chain performance, run scenario analyses, and maintain up-to-date records of materials and transactions.
Translate complex supply chain interactions into clear priorities and actions for cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to verify data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and streamline workflows.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting current-state processes, mapping flows, and proposing future-state enhancements.
Assist in managing special projects that require rapid learning, structured problem-solving, and precise execution under tight timelines.
Act as a key point of contact for supply chain inquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate information sharing across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's and/or Master's in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
At least one year of experience in supply chain analytics, supply planning, materials management, manufacturing engineering, or a related role supporting physical products.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data validation.
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems; familiarity with Odoo or similar platforms is a plus.
Ability to reason through complex, interconnected supply chain systems and translate data into clear priorities and actions.
Highly self-directed, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional environments with minimal direct supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Nice to have
Experience with surgical or medical device supply chains is preferred.
Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory considerations in medical devices is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools or data visualization approaches is preferred.
Understanding of lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen is a plus.
Experience supporting ISO or other quality-focused operational standards is preferred.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Bedford, Massachusetts.
The compensation range for this role is $75,000 USD to $100,000 USD.
New grads or candidates with limited direct supply chain experience are encouraged to apply if they meet the core qualifications.
