Supply Chain Analyst
Job description
About the role
The owns the development and maintenance of actuals versus forecast reporting across all key protein categories, ensuring variances, root causes, and emerging trends are clearly communicated to support proactive decision-making. This role owns the creation of data models and reporting frameworks designed to monitor the cost and quality of proteins throughout the end-to-end supply chain from farm to door. The position requires close partnership with finance and commercial teams to reconcile assumptions across forecasts, budgets, and actual performance, thereby aligning financial planning with commercial reality. The analyst is responsible for supporting yield and conversion reporting, including raw to sellable yield, trim loss, and waste, to improve transparency into cutter performance and operational efficiency. A core ownership area is tracking key product performance metrics such as repurchase rate, cannibalization, and seasonality, and delivering in-depth analysis that enables teams to understand SKU-level performance and underlying drivers. The role also owns the support for scenario analysis and "what-if" modeling for variables like demand changes, yield adjustments, and cost inflation to help the team assess risk and opportunity before issues materialize. Finally, this position owns the build and continuous improvement of dashboards that track core procurement metrics, including inventory weeks on hand, product weights, and unit cost, to enable fast, confident decision-making at scale.
