Senior Technical Product Manager
Job description
About the role
Level is a learning technology company dedicated to helping students build real academic and life skills with confidence and joy. We combine proven curriculum principles with world class interactive design to make meaningful practice something students want to come back to, not something they struggle through. The Senior Technical Product Manager will own the intersection of engineering and business strategy for our Online Platform, translating complex technical constraints into clear, executable product roadmaps. This role ensures that what we build delivers measurable user and organizational value while reinforcing teacher engagement and reducing their workload. You will serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, and business stakeholders, owning the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery. The position requires a technically fluent partner who can synthesize user needs, platform capabilities, and strategic objectives into coherent, testable product outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring that our platform and API products evolve in a way that supports both student motivation and educator efficiency at scale.
