What you'll do
- Manage the intake of technology support requests for the Boston office, ensuring timely and accurate logging of all user inquiries.

- Utilize critical thinking to resolve a wide variety of user technical issues with clarity and consistent methodology.
- Build and maintain foundational system configurations for end-users to promote stability and consistency across devices and applications.
- Review incident patterns to identify and mitigate recurring technical issues before they impact larger segments of the organization.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely hardware delivery and proper setup at assigned workstations.
- Establish communication protocols with external vendors to ensure standard compliance and alignment with internal operational procedures.
- Process user access requests with strict identity verification and audit trail maintenance to safeguard company data and systems.
- Document all resolutions and interactions to create a repository for future troubleshooting assistance and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a prior help desk or support role within a technology-driven environment.
