Office of the Founders
Job description
Office of the Founders at Legion Health.
About the role
Legion Health is actively searching for a high-agency technical operator who will work in direct partnership with company leadership to drive forward the most critical initiatives on the current agenda. This position is designed for an AI-native generalist who removes friction between strategic vision and on-the-ground execution across the core pillars of growth, finance, product development, and internal operations. The successful hire will operate with a high degree of ownership, navigating ambiguity and transforming abstract directives into concrete, functioning outputs. You will serve as the primary executor who translates founder intent into measurable results while maintaining strict standards for data integrity and confidentiality. This role demands comfort with shifting priorities and the ability to deploy structured thinking to solve unstructured problems. You will be responsible for building the connective tissue that allows specialized teams to operate cohesively toward shared company objectives. Ultimately, this position is about owning the through-line that ensures strategic plans are not just documented but actively realized through sophisticated tooling and disciplined analysis.
