Head of Consumer Growth
Job description
Head of Consumer Growth at Legion Health.
About the role
You will own the end-to-end consumer growth strategy and execution for Legion Health, translating patient demand into a scalable acquisition and retention machine. You will be responsible for designing and managing the full patient journey from first impression through reactivation, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces trust, compliance, and clinical quality. This role requires you to operate at the intersection of performance marketing, creative storytelling, and data-driven experimentation to drive predictable, profitable growth. You will define the narrative of Legion's consumer brand and make it the default choice for patients seeking fast, affordable psychiatric care. You will partner deeply with product, clinical, legal, and operations to align growth initiatives with regulatory constraints and medical best practices. This is a hands-on leadership role where you are expected to both set the vision and roll up your sleeves to execute against core funnel metrics. The goal is to build a category-defining consumer health brand that can scale efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and compliance.
