Consumer Brand Leader
Job description
Consumer Brand Leader at Legion Health.
About the role
At Legion Health, the Consumer Brand Leader will define and own the end-to-end consumer brand strategy that makes the company one of the most trusted and culturally resonant health brands in the United States. This role translates the complexity of AI-native psychiatry, medication management, and regulatory authorization into simple, credible, and emotionally resonant stories for patients, families, clinicians, creators, and the press. The hire will build and govern a social-first creative engine, develop integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, and establish the trust architecture that ensures every claim is clinically sound and compliance-safe. They will partner closely with clinical, legal, compliance, product, growth, and operations teams to enable fast-moving, accurate, and defensible consumer touchpoints. This is a player-coach position responsible for strategy, creative concepts, content standards, brand governance, and hiring the team that executes the vision. The role demands a rare blend of healthcare trust instincts, brand-performance rigor, product storytelling discipline, and social-first creative taste. Success will be measured through trusted metrics such as brand health, share of voice, referral lift, and measurable lifts in branded search, direct traffic, and landing-page conversion.
