Senior Full Stack Product Engineer

About the role

You will design and ship AI-powered features directly into the user experience, translating new AI capabilities into tangible product value for our global users. You will lead projects from concept to delivery, building impactful and scalable products that help users around the world achieve their financial goals on a platform revolutionizing access to fiduciary guidance. You will resolve ambiguity early by partnering closely with Product and Design to close requirement gaps and keep work moving when the path is undefined. You will drive frontend development in React and TypeScript, running agent-assisted workstreams to ship scalable, maintainable interfaces that perform under real-world conditions. You will design and implement backend systems and APIs with Node.js, Python, and serverless functions, deployed on Google Cloud Platform with a focus on security and reliability. You will bring curiosity, empathy, and pragmatism to tradeoffs in product, UX, and technical decisions across the entire product lifecycle. You will improve how we build by adopting AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, introducing new tools and practices that increase speed, quality, and creativity for the entire team. You will deliver high-leverage technical reviews that enhance system and product quality while supporting teammates through collaboration, pairing, and thoughtful technical leadership.

• Collaborate with data and analytics partners to instrument features and validate outcomes through metrics.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate user feedback into product improvements and prioritize based on impact.
• Optimize product performance and reliability through profiling, monitoring, and iterative refinement in production.
• Contribute to architectural decisions that balance innovation with maintainability and long-term scalability.
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and shipping GenAI or LLM-powered features into a user-facing product, along with a real drive to keep pushing what's possible with AI.
• Extensive full-stack experience with modern frontend and backend architecture, systems and API design, and both relational and non-relational data models, working comfortably across the stack in dynamic, AI-forward environments.
• Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, and a track record of structuring the context that both teammates and agents need to be effective.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities evolve and ambiguity is common.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and sustainable engineering practices even when delivering quickly.
• Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and modern deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of financial services domain and sensitivity around data privacy, compliance, and security.
• Ability to take ownership of complex problems and follow through on delivery without needing constant direction.
• Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and processes as the product and technology stack evolve.

Practical notes

• This role is based in Denver, Colorado. Remote candidates will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• The engagement is full-time, and hours align with standard business operations.
• This position reports into the Product Engineering Manager.
