About the role
The role defines enterprise sales execution for groups of 5,000 members and above within a regional scope. This position establishes and nurtures partnerships with distribution partners across the sales ecosystem. You will architect and own the end to end sales strategy for large enterprise accounts in alignment with corporate objectives. The position requires you to translate complex clinical and economic value into a compelling narrative for executive stakeholders. You will leverage data and market insights to identify new opportunities and expand footprint within strategic accounts. This role is responsible for building and maintaining high trust relationships with key decision makers and influencers. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer success post sale. The position demands a disciplined approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue attainment.

What you'll do
Conduct in depth research on target enterprise accounts to uncover strategic priorities and pain points specific to specialty pharmacy and benefits.
Lead complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles that involve navigating organizational charts and aligning clinical, financial, and operational decision makers.
Develop and execute account plans that map key contacts, identify gaps, and outline specific actions to drive adoption across the enterprise.
Partner with distribution partners to co sell solutions, align messaging, and create joint value propositions for large groups.
Translate product capabilities into business outcomes, demonstrating how solutions improve patient access and reduce total cost of care for large member groups.
Own the full sales funnel from initial outreach through negotiation, contract finalization, and transition to implementation teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build business cases that quantify clinical and financial impact for enterprise buyers.
Utilize CRM and sales analytics to prioritize opportunities, forecast accurately, and ensure pipeline health at scale.
Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams based on frontline insights from large enterprise customers.
Mentor junior sales team members on best practices for enterprise selling within the specialty pharmacy market.
Champion the LEAP brand in industry forums and distribution partner meetings by articulating the value of coordinated specialty pharmacy solutions.
Continuously refine selling techniques based on deal reviews, win loss analysis, and evolving customer expectations in the benefits space.
Build and maintain trusted relationships that position you as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional vendor.
Monitor competitive landscape and adjust selling strategies to ensure LEAP remains the preferred partner for enterprise groups.
Requirements
You must have a proven track record of selling into large enterprise accounts with member groups of 5,000 or greater.
You must demonstrate experience in specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefits, or a closely related complex benefits market.
You must have a history of establishing and managing partnerships with distribution partners and leveraging them in sales motions.
You must possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex contracts and commercial terms for large deals.
You must be comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment while maintaining high productivity and communication standards.
You must have experience using CRM systems to manage large pipelines and forecast accurately at enterprise scale.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify intricate clinical and financial concepts.
You must be willing to travel within the US for key customer meetings and industry events as required by the role.
Nice to have
Experience in employer sponsored benefits or health systems at scale is preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in specialty pharmacy is preferred.
Familiarity with data driven sales methodologies and forecasting models is preferred.
Experience mentoring or leading a team of sales professionals in a remote or hybrid setup is preferred.
Practical notes
US (Remote) location with full time engagement.
Travel within the US may be required for customer meetings and industry events.
