Senior Sales Recruiter
Job description
About the role
You will own the entire go-to-market hiring strategy for the revenue organization, overseeing Associate Executives, Customer Success Managers, Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, and sales leadership. This position requires you to design and execute a repeatable, high-taste hiring process in collaboration with the VPs of Sales and the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure the team can meet and exceed annual revenue targets. You will build the foundational structures for talent acquisition from the ground up, establishing clear definitions of success for each GTM role and owning the full lifecycle of every hire. The position demands a proactive hunter who leverages deep market intelligence to identify and engage elite sellers before they enter the open market. You will act as a strategic partner to the sales and customer success leadership teams, aligning intake requirements with business objectives and ensuring every hire supports the company's growth trajectory. Success in this role means closing quality candidates into demanding roles despite competitive market conditions and articulating the mission-driven, AI-first value proposition of the company. You will be responsible for managing multi-geography hiring efforts across major hubs including New York, San Francisco, London, and Los Angeles, ensuring a consistent and premium candidate experience across all locations.
