Full Stack Engineer, Observability
Job description
About the role
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to enhance our Observability product by addressing key enterprise needs. This role is central to our post-acquisition growth, involving large-scale system migrations and the development of new enterprise-grade features. The hire will own the complete lifecycle of feature development, translating complex enterprise requirements into robust, scalable software solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations that connect disparate systems and data sources into a cohesive observability platform. A significant portion of the work will involve building and maintaining backend services and frontend interfaces that deliver actionable insights to users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and customer expectations. This position requires active participation in on-call rotations to respond to production issues and validate the reliability of deployed features. You will contribute to architectural discussions, helping to shape long-term strategies for scalability, reliability, and maintainability across the observability suite.
